Meadowbrook's high school provides a diverse approach to education. Students change classrooms and teachers as they move from subject to subject. Courses such as keyboarding, Art, Introduction to Microsoft Office, and Music supplement the core curriculum for seventh and eighth graders. Ninth through twelfth can take electives in Spanish, French, Art, Advanced Math, Advanced Chemistry, Accounting, Web Site Design, Visual Basic.net Programming, and Music. MCS has become well-known for its quality Broadway productions such as Annie, Fiddler on the Roof, The Sound of Music, and many others. The soccer and basketball teams participate in both the ACAA and the PIAA, allowing for participation with both Christian and Public schools.
